The E-Gift Cards shall be redeemable at Indian Terrain outlets
The E-Gift Cards have an expiry period and shall be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of activation.
E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or Cheque.
Partial redemption of the E-Gift Card is not allowed and the balance will remain in E-Gift Card which will not be refunded.
If the Gift Card is stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 – 48 hours.
